This permanently deletes your Flare account and everything tied to it: problems you’ve posted, responses and messages, jobs, saved addresses, and professional credentials. It happens immediately, with no undo and no recovery window.
Deleting an account requires being signed in to it, so Flare knows it’s really you. Log in, then confirm the deletion here or from Profile → Danger zone. Flare doesn’t have a separate unauthenticated contact channel yet for someone who can’t log back in; see Delete your data for that situation.
Deleting your account here removes everything Flare stored about you, regardless of how you originally signed in. Disconnecting Flare’s access from your Google or Facebook account separately only stops Flare from signing you in that way again; it doesn’t delete your Flare data, so use the button above (or Profile → Danger zone) for that.
Export your data as a JSON file before you delete, if you want a copy. See Privacy for what Flare stores and why.
